Low fat and healthy, and tastes great! Only 24 calories for 2 tablespoons.
This hearty soup is loaded with veggies. Leave out the meat for a vegan dish. The original recipe was somewhat bland, so we added the tomatoes & pollo tomate; this probably makes it less "authentic," but much tastier. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired.
Traditional cabbage slaw with vinegar & mayo dressing, lightened up. Kohlrabi gives it a slightly sweet flavor.

This is a variation on Hungry Girl's recipe, which is way too sweet for me. I've added plain non-fat yogurt and vanilla, which makes it perfect for a fruit dip.
