I use the basic recipe for any fruit oatmeal, it is a quick breakfast and high in fiber. I love the irish oats as they have a nuttier texture and keep my hunger satisfied for hours.

I heard about these cookies on the Dr OZ show and tried them out yesterday, they are wonderful. You can have 5 for the same calories as a regular choclate chip cookie and they contain NO FLOUR or butter
I lowered the high calorie dish by substituting fat free sour cream and fresh mushrooms for mushroom soup
This is my family's favorite summer salad and a cool addition to any meal, or have it all by it's self for a nice snack
