I use the basic recipe for any fruit oatmeal, it is a quick breakfast and high in fiber. I love the irish oats as they have a nuttier texture and keep my hunger satisfied for hours.
I have also used this recipe for cherries, apples and pumpkin.

triple chocolate chip cookies / low calorie

I heard about these cookies on the Dr OZ show and tried them out yesterday, they are wonderful. You can have 5 for the same calories as a regular choclate chip cookie and they contain NO FLOUR or butter
