I experimented with using Quinoa as a breakfast and added about a teaspoon of peanut butter to the top. This is really delicious! I added a little brown sugar too!

Healthy steel cut oats (as McCann's says, "a long standing tradition in Ireland"), and berries to start your day...sweet and low or splenda can be added, the cinnamon is optional too - depending on personal taste.
The fruit used in this recipe can be changed to banana, or apple, etc.
