Another Indo-American recipe coming your way! This is a healthy take on a very traditional fried Indian snack. My version can also make a great meal when accompanied by salad, rice or steamed veggies.
This is the easiest recipe I've found yet for a really great tasting version of authentic Indian Butter Chicken. I like to call this an Indo-American version because my roots come from India but I was born and raised here in the states so my recipes adapt to both cultures!
I got this off the foodnetwork recipe. I love all of Ellie Krieger recipes! She's a nutritionist and really knows here stuff!
