This is an adaptation from a Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Recipe. It substitutes real foods for the seasoning packet, as well as whole grain pasta for white.

Easy Crockpot creamy chicken recipe.
The intense flavor of the herbs & cheese pair well with potatoes. Similar recipes use only herbes fines (tarragon, parsley, chives, and chervil) along with white wine instead of beer, and mashed potatoes as a side dish.
This is a pretty versatile recipe. You can easily substitute your favorite vegetables (snow peas, baby corn, green beans, water chestnuts, peppers, onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, etc). You can also substitute beef, chicken, or pork for the shrimp, but I recommend cooking them ahead of time before adding them to the dish. What gives this dish it's great flavor is the oyster sauce, coconut oil, and rice vinegar. The Asian Essence and other spices just kick it up a notch.
No meat, mostly organic, wheat, low fat. (Does contain 1 egg - optional.)
I highly recommend using fresh, organic products whenever possible. Not only are they significantly better for your health, they also taste better!
This recipe can easily be adapted to include a variety of "stuffings". I used sour cream and parmesan, but goat cheese and ricotta would also be delicious.

This cake is moist, chocolately, and not lacking on taste at all despite being good for you! Can easily be made vegan my substituting the milk for soy or nut, and the butter for margarine.
Delicious Crockpot chili
A light panini sandwich made with grilled chicken, creamy avocado spread, and provalone.
Works best with sourdough bread, but 2 slices adds an additional 250 calories.
The perfect mix of sweet & salty, crunchy & creamy.
