Took a basic recipe for tomato soup and added beans and pasta to make it pasta fagioli
From Change One Diet. I have this for breakfast with 1/2 whole wheat english muffin and peanut butter.
I make this on Christmas eve and put in the oven while we open presents then my boys eat it up! I slimmed it down a little w/ skim milk, lowfat cheese, lite sausage and a lower calorie bread.
This is a trimmed down homemade chicken pot pie. I got this from the Change One diet book.
