This was one of my favorites in college.
This says it'll serve 4 people, but my mom easily made it stretch into 6 servings. We'd eat early and then she'd give my dad the last third of it for his breaks at work.
She usually served this with egg noodles, but rice would do in a pinch. However, it's delicious, and fairly high in calories, so you could eat it plain too.

I don't know why the nutritional info doesn't match, but I'd probably go with the original info down under the instructions.
My mom used to make something vaguely similar to this when I was little - I just added extra veggies.
It's supposed to serve 12, but it will easily serve 18 - the trick is to use full fat cheese. And you HAVE to use the Campbell's soup - no other will do!
Note: This will be extremely thick. I haven't figured out how to make it creamy without significantly adding to the calories and fat.
I came up with this a while ago, combining two recipes for chicken piccata because I didn't feel like making both.
Note - I do not know how long the prep or the cooking time is, because I don't eyeball the clock. I overguessed - prep time is probably more like 7-8 minutes and cooking time is probably no more than 12-15 minutes.
