the kind of apple you use here will make a huge difference in the flavor and texture of this dish--i prefer granny smiths.
also, this can be made with regullare flour if you don't want GF--simply switch to all-purpose-flour and increase the 4 eggs to 6 eggs.
this is actually not my recipe, i stoll it from this site:

but they still turned out good and tasted alright. the texture is perfect! but sorghum tastes a little like dirt to me... i'll have to try the rolls without it.
also, the site gives directions for mixing it by hand--i made these in my bread maker on the quick dough setting and they were fine.
i tried these out--they orriginally called for half-and-half and butter but i didn't have any of that so i used milk and sourcream--they turned out beautifully! and even my husband (not GF and NOT loving my GF cooking) like them!
i as trying to make a high fiber muffin my family would enjoy- turns out it doesn't have that much fiber in it- lol! but they are excellent- not too sweet, just right.
awesome fruit salad! super low fat- great for any occasion. sweet enough to feel like a treat without being full of calories. i loved it!
i always go to hometown buffet to eat their crab salad- so i decided to learn how to make it and stop throwing away my money!
