Great way to get in extra veggies and fruit
This has a tart, but sweet lime taste and is absolutely WONDERFUL!

This is a quick, homemade sauce (from my mother's recipe box). Can be substituted for taco meat, as well.
Just 135 calories and SO filling (and yummy)!
Prep and cook time is not exact, depending on your bread machine.

Low - almost no - fat mexican dip! Tastes GREAT with baked tortillas or rolled into a warm flour tortilla.
This is usually my "post workout" breakfast. I needed to add addtional protein, as well as simple carbs (honey) but not the extra fat. This is a great way to add 20g of protein- tasty, too!
