This is just...yum. Great with a green salad, in a sandwich or fancified for brunch and serve on a fresh popover.

This is pasta salad is light on the pasta, heavy on the veggies and protein!
The dough in this recipe is from the zojirushi bread machine book that comes with the machine..the only change is half white /half wheat. Recipe is enough for two pizzas (or 16 servings)
I have been roasting a chicken on Sunday and then eating on it during the week. Whatever is left, we throw in a pot and make soup out of on Thursday! They didn't have a "various parts of the chicken" option, so I just put in chicken breast..but use whatever you have :)
Trying to add some veggies and fruit to my morning muffin! Spelt flour is found with the whole wheat / rye flours in my super market. I use organic eggs, milk, and fruits.
These are great to make a head. I kept the seasoning pretty low key so they could be eating with whatever sauce I was in the mood for that night.
adapted from Drop a Dress Size in 21 Days (took out the added nuts and raisens, I didn't realize the granola would have them in it already.
from Lose a Dress Size in 21 Days (I cut the black beans in half, and took out the olive oil and will just broil with a dry rub instead of grill. This made the calorie count much more reasonable, but still kind of high. )
From Drop a Dress Size in 21 days I did my best to match the ingrediants from the database to those in the recipe.
This is a simple version of a favorite in our house. I don't add too much salt while cooking. It's better to add salt after then have it too salty! And this is a lot of pepper, if you don't like that kind a kick, just reduce it some.
This is my husband's recipe, he also adds a shot of grand marnier to his, but that an extra 100 cal.
This is a variation of the apple sauce muffins used in the spark diet. They have about 15 more calories, but the blue berries add a lot of flavor and nutrition! I also doubled the recipe because I like to freeze them, and added some ground flax. Photo is from a chocolate chip/banana version (add 4/25/2012)
