Delicious and fruity, without the added sugar!
I've been looking for a somewhat healthy substitute for ooey-gooey nachos, and this is it! So delicious with tortilla chips, but I'm sure it would be equally delicious as a vegetable dip as well. And it is super filling too! I realize the sodium is a bit high - this isn't an every day kind of food - but it sure is delicious, and a lot better for you than fast food!
Asian-inspired lettuce wraps are filling and delicious!
