Very easy and very good! I also l ike that there is no added sugar - only what is naturally in the prunes and of course the molasses.
A great way to use up stale bread!
I just did this for my own information - in order to add proper counts to my calorie counts! I figured if I didn't know the information, someone else might not know either. THis is one of my favorite lunches.
