A calorie reduced spaghetti and meat sauce bowl. Big enough for two. Adapted from Hungry Girl's Meat Lover's Spaghetti recipe.
Served in a large sundae glass with a sprig of mint this breakfast sundae is a complete meal. It has it all 2 servings of fruit, 11/2 servings of dairy, Protein, spices with blood sugar regulating properties, raw honey for energy, and chocolate. This could also be used as a dessert or made into a Trifle for a Brunch gathering.
