Making this crustless saves 108 calories per serving!
This is a recipe my sister in law taught me. Native to the south Texas area. Super easy, super filling. Traditionally it you toast the pasta (like Ricearoni) after browning ground beef, then put everything in the pot. It could be from 4-8 servings, depending on how hungry you are. I used 6 because we love it!
This is a dual fruit pie to include mine and my husbands favorites.
