We love these delicious muffins, made in mini size. They are great for the lunch box or a fast snack.
A recipe passed through the generations. Can be cut into 8 servings for about 100 less calories per slice. Or scoop it out of the shell for 100 less, no matter the size!
So moist & tender. I changed the recipe from 2/3 cup of oil to an oil & applesauce blend. Small changes = big results!

Simple, ground beef meatloaf with oatmeal. Use GF oats if making for a gluten free crowd or sub in gf bread crumbs
These unbaked cookies are soft, chewy and easy. They are also Gluten Free and Casein Free! My recipe uses soy milk and lactose free margarine, you can use regular milk and margarine if you tolerate dairy. Be sure to verify your oats are GF status.
This is simple & way better than any canned variety! Takes about 20 minutes, start to finish.
