Got this from Whole Foods one day and loved it. Read the ingredients and figured I could replicate it quite easily. You can use any kind of veggie really. The trick is to know when to throw it in the pan since they all don't have the same cooking time.

Flax Seed Blueberry Pancakes

I have to be honest- I'm really not sure how many blueberries I had exactly. I know I put in a lot. I had a bunch left and before they went bad I knew I needed to use them....so I did. These pancakes were so chock full of berries. They're very hearty and they're sweet enough to eat by themselves with out syurp...which adds more calories!

Turkey Meatloaf with a Kick

This recipe is a little different because I put potatoes and onions in the turkey, but that is what makes the turkey stay really moist.
