I had these sweet potato/yams and I needed to make something so I opened my raw binder that I store all my recipes that I wanted to make and try and I came across this recipe from the Hallelujah Diet I changed the recipe by adding Flax and Chia seeds to make up for the Psyllium and it was delicious.
Come the holidays I'm definitely going to make this for my side it's delicious.
I found this recipe on Vegetarian Times.
I ended up adding a few items to this dish to make it my own.
This is a twist off of Ani Phyo's Pineapple Icebox Dessert I used Banana instead as I love bananas. If you are a banana lover you will definitely love this treat.
Wow I was following this recipe and tweeked it to what I had and made it my own this recipe is so decadent I can't believe how good it taste.
A chocolate coconut flavor
This is so delicious I've made this twice one as is and the 2nd time around I made it with Half pineapple and half raspberries.
It is so good you can eat this all day all night. Yummmy
Adapted from Kristen's RAW Recipe, I only swapped out some of the Dates for prunes because I didn't have enough of the Dates to finish the recipe.
They still came out delicious and because of the Prunes this was less in calories.
Was craving dessert so I wanted something simple with what I had available. So I tried it it's really good on fresh Fruit, Cakes or cobblers. Kream can be eaten as a pudding.
For my 30 Day Raw Food Challenge came up with a coleslaw that I really liked and has a good bite.
It was delicious I loved the bite as the Guacamole also had Serrano chili's if you don't want the bite omit the Jalapeno.
I frequent this Work Out board and they posted a recipe and I swapped out a few of the ingredients to suit me.
Saw a commercial of Almond Joy and I thought I can make those Raw, so here they are. Yummmm taste just like them without the loads of sugar.
It's Raw People! If you want to get all the nutrients out of your food then make it RAW. This recipe is loaded with Vitamins, if you want less fat (good fat though) remove the avocado.
I had several young coconuts and I had to use them so I whipped up this recipe off the top of my head So hope you like it.

Delicious! Taste like a banana smoothie I don't really taste the hemp at all. Yumo!
Got up this morning and threw something together and this is what I got sorry no picture but it was delicious.
Just made this up on a whim very simple and easy to make not to mention delicious.

Found this recipe from NutritionMD but added the vanilla and cinnamon and used Old Fashion Rolled Oats instead of Quick oats.

Didn't know how this was going to work but who would have thought it was love at first sight.
This is very easy to make one of my contribution to Earth Day was to eat raw for the whole day.
It's a no fail and it's super tasty and delicious!
