An easy way to get kids to eat (drink!) their veggies. You can easily add any vegetable to the mix and kids won't even realize they're 'eating' veggies.
This recipe does have quite a 'kick' to it. You might want to reduce the amt of Mrs Dash if you don't like it too spicy.

salmon baste. there is no cooking time as this is a baste for salmon however, it wouldn't let me post the recipe without a cooking time.
This is a refreshingly light egg salad. It is a 2 bread slice sandwich, thick & juicy! Works well on any type of bread.
I used a grinder with a blend of organic sugar & black peppercorn in place of salt & pepper.
This is a scrumptious autumn soup. Is easy & quick to make & could really add any winter vegetable to this and it would be just as good. I am super sodium sensitive so I substituted Mrs. Dash Table seasoning (1/4th capful) for the salt & pepper. It could have used a little more salt.
This is a recipe my mom made. Even though I've watched her make it millions of times, mine never tastes quite as good as hers!
