This is delicious...the recipe calls for bottom round roast, but both are fine. I though mine was dry, but sliced it up and let it soak up the juices for a bit before serving. Really good flavor!

This is delicious and you could always substitute healthier options, i.e. turkey bacon, cooking spray vs. oil, etc. It does have many burners cooking at one time, so help in the kitchen is nice!
