Quick and easy Banana Cookie recipe. Easily adaptable and virtually allergen free as long as there's some type of nut you can eat. Gluten free if you buy gluten free oats. Can be made without the sugar, as it's optional. Great recipe for kids to do. I used it for my allergen free, kids cooking class! It went over great and the kids loved the cookies!

Pumpkin Coconut "Pudding"

Creamy & Smooth! Perfect AUTUMN dessert. This "pudding" is dairy free and gluten free. All ingredients can be adjusted to your own taste. Try it with cardamom instead of pumpkin pie spice for a wonderful flavor!

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Muffins

These are pretty yummy and the kids love them too! Relatively healthy, as far as treats go. I used fresh pumpkin puree, not canned. I would also increase the spices for a more spicy muffin. The suggested amount is pretty mild. Raisins are optional and you could pretty much add a cup of ANY dry goodies such as nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips (YUM). You could sprinkle the top with sugar to make them a little sweeter. This is a VERY adaptable recipe.
