These are slightly sweet. I might increase the sugar next time. I sprinkled a bit of sucanat on the tops, but this is not included in the nutritional info.
I used canned coconut milk, but of course you can use homemade if you want it completely raw. Depending on how sweet the fruit is, you may need to add a bit of sweetener. I put in stevia if the peaches aren't sweet enough.
