Inspired by a recipe on a blog, I decided to recreate it myself.
We stumbled across Special K breakfast sandwiches at the grocery store, and my husband decided that I could recreate them, rather than buy them. I used one whole egg per sandwich, but you could use egg whites or egg substitute.
This recipe came from Clean Eating magazine. I added a few ice cubes to make it colder. Makes two servings, the other can be frozen and enjoyed later.
Something I whipped together for the week. I added the oil for moisture and to get in "healthy" oils.
This is a SLIGHT adaptation from the Hungry Girl version, from "300 under 300". This is a great alternative to a McGriddle from Mcdonalds.
Great dip for any occasion! Serve with baked tortilla chips or whatever you want to dip!
