Their grahams are softer and thicker than the crackers you buy in the store, so they make awesome ice cream sandwiches. I'm sure regular graham crackers could be substituted, but I HIGHLY recommend you use the Grateful Grahams instead.

I got this recipe from Weight Watchers. It's one of my husband's favorites.
This recipe is from the 1875 Steakhouse inside the French Lick Resort & Casino in French Lick, IN. It was published in a newsletter. I reduced the amount of cream and cooked macaroni because it's only 2 of us. (Original amounts were cream = 1 quart, macaroni = 10 cups). I still ended up with 10 servings. I also used whole wheat macaroni, and pre-packaged bread crumbs, but the original recipe has you using regular macaroni and a food processor to mix 6 slices white bread, 3Tbs chives and 3 tbs parsley).

Modified this recipe from one I got off of a Weight Watchers message board several years ago. The original recipe called for green and yellow peppers to be sauteed with the Canadian bacon, but our household is not a fan of peppers, so I leave them out. Feel free to add them back in if you'd like.
Yes, it's high in sodium, so it's an occasional treat. But, very yummy and easy
