This is a cool treat packed with vitamins and low in calorie.
This recipe was made with 1/2 flour whole wheat and 1/2 sugar was substituted with splenda. I would use less butter and berries next time but was very tasty and filling. You can serve as part of breakfast/brunch or as a dessert with a bit of ice cream or whipped topping (not calulated in nutritional values).
Good low calorie, high protein, vegetarian meal.

Quick and easy. The only prep time involved is chopping veggies and olives. This recipe is for 2 pizzas and for 1 serving.
