Muscle Milk 100% Whey Vanilla Protein, 1 serving (remove)
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)
Pecans, .12 cup, chopped (remove)
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)

Vanilla Wafer Cookies (lower fat)

I found this recipe on sparkpeople but changed the butter to 40% fat margarine and they were excellent
