Hearty, nutritious sandwich. Yummy too!
The flavor of Jamba Juice's Peanut Butter Moo'd smoothie in the form of breakfast oats. This is nearly as fast as instant oatmeal, but with a much better texture & flavor.
This soup is so creamy and silky - it tastes like it's full of cream. But it doesn't have a drop of dairy.
i modified the original recipe slightly by substituting olive oil instead of butter & fresh ginger instead of powdered ginger.
One pot of healthy, flavorful yum! Add whatever veggies you have on hand. This keeps well & tastes just as good a day or two later. Add a little cornstarch if you want to make the soup into a thicker sauce to serve over rice.
