I make this tofu stroganoff at home as I love the hearty 'meaty' winter meals like this but am a vego so I try out alternatives where possible! It's easy to make, and hard to go wrong as long as you follow the stroganoff recipe base instructions that you buy. My partner loves it and he is a major meat head that loves a steak everynight.
You can also make this Vegan by substituing the sour cream for vegan cream cheese with a bit of lemon juice mixed in to 'sour' the cheese. Also if you are vegan make sure the recipe base you buy is vegan too!
Serve with either your favourite pasta or rice!
