I was looking for a better way to popsicles or replace my fudgcicles that would be satisfying. Doctor Oz mentioned mixing fruit with Almond Milk. I didn't look at their recipe but created my own. I find this very satisfying and a wonderful treat.
This delicious recipe has been a big hit at family gatherings especially for those who are diabetic
Heard about this on Doctor Oz and the recipe was printed on their public website for all to see.
I got this recipe from the Prism Weight Loss Program and found it to be very good. Makes 4 servings and freezes well.
