This is a great dish very tasty! I changed the original recipe because it was a little too spicy, It originally called for 1 1/2 tsp of cumin and 1 tbsp of chili powder. So if you really like the spicy dishes you may wish to keep it that way.
This is a great quick meal for lunches or dinner. You can eat it on a bun or loose.
It only has 2 ingredients that you probably have on hand most of the time.
