This is a complete meal and even though the ingredients may not sound like they would go together, this is the best gravy I have ever had.
Very mild Thai Curry with chicken, potatoes, yams and pineapple. Don't knock it til you try it (and make it your own). I actually marinate my chicken in teriyaki to add a little flavor and color. Nutritional info does not include rice.
I love cooking in a packet because I can just throw the foil away and clean up is done.
