Cut out sour cream. Used only 1 c. of cottage cheese instead. Used 3 cups (2 cans) kidney beans and 2 c. cooked brown rice.
My milk was skim, didn't add raisins, walnuts, or chia seeds. Adjust nutritional values.
Increased serving size to 32. Used whole wheat flour. Substituted applesauce for the oil. Didn't add raisins.
Used all whole wheat flour. Used only 1 c. chocolate chips. No nuts. Recipe calls for 9X13" - used smaller pan. Also cut into 48 squares and not 24.
Recipe originally calls for 36 servings - 1/2" slices. I calculated using 24 servings.
Used 2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce and 2 tbsp. butter. Also, Dannon nonfat vanilla yogurt. Only 2 bananas. 14 muffins.
Did 9 servings...can do more/less. Used 1 c. skim and 1/2 c. buttermilk in nutritional facts.
