This is a recipe I found in taste of home and I lightened it up! I have not tried it yet, but the reviews said it needs spicing up!
Easy to make and add Vitamins & Omega3's to your diet and did I mention it is DELICIOUS!! I usually buy a ton of bananas at the store and then chop them and freeze them in freezer bags to have them on hand for smoothies so I don't need ice cream or frozen yogurt to make them thick! It works out great!
