Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
This is Zucchini at it's best. I usually serve this as a side to chicken but I think it would also go good with fish. You won't be disappointed with this one!
Salmon is used in this recipe but any fish fillet may be substituted for the salmon. You can also jazz it up with additional spices such as thyme, dill, and oregano. I serve this with a baked-crusty bread.
You can substitute any fish fillet for the catfish, such as cod, mahi-mahi, grouper, tilapia, etc.
Serve with Buffalo Grilled Chicken for a complete and amazing meal.
This is a very good fish entry which is low fat and low calorie but not skimpy on taste. Try my Chilled Fruit Soup as a starter to this meal
This is a wonderful fruit medley soup which is really good served either as a meal on a hot summer day or as a starter course served with my Cajun Caressed Tilapia with Cantaloupe Salsa.
Serve this with the Blue Cheese Smashers (potatoes) for a great tasting, low calorie meal.
