I used a recipe fromt he book 666 Curries. So tasty and easy to cook! The book says it makes 8 servings, but I changed it to 6 to account for the portion size I "want" to eat!
This is an easy and quick vegetarian gravy recipe. I serve this over 1 slice Martin's potato bread. Be sure to add lots of pepper, salt, thyme, and red pepper to the gravy.
I modified a recipe I found on Spark Recipes to use oat bran flour because I didn't have any flour on hand. These tasted wonderful.
To make my own oat bran flour without purchasing it at the store, I just cleaned out my coffee grinder with a dry paper towel and ground 1/4 of a cup at a time.
The only problem I had was the pancake suck to the pan, I used a round 9 inch cake pan. I will probably use a ceramic pie dish or square casserole dish next time. To release the pancake from the pan, I cut it in half and used a spatula to scrape the bottom from the middle. It was a bit messed up, but still intact.
This recipe will be wonderful with 2 apple cut into small chunks and mixed it.

This is a great quick meal that I make at least once a week. It's great for lunch leftovers too!
I used Masa flour because I had run out of white flour. These are crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. Use a lower temp on the waffle maker.
Easy and Tasty Crock Pot Appetizer recipe. Uses less mayo and cheese than other recipes I read. Also uses Kale instead on Spinach. Gluten Free.

substitute 1 banana for the 1 egg the original recipe calls for.
A big batch to use for lunches throughout the week. Make your own vinagrette using Blue Agave Sweetener as an all natural alternative to sugar.
