8 Weight Watchers Points Plus, per one cup serving. This pasta bake is made with whole wheat pasta, lean ground turkey, plain greek yogurt, and 2 different low-fat cheeses.

*To lower fat/cal content, use reduced fat mayo, or vegenaise. I only had regular mayo on hand at the time.
These are great for breakfast. I only made 3 servings, but you can double or triple recipe if you want more.
Tomato based soup made with lean ground beef, chock-full of vegetables. A family favorite in my home, especially on cold days. A piece of cornbread goes great with this soup.
Fruity cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream will satisfy your sweet tooth.
