Delicious scramble loaded with vegetables and topped with fresh salsa!
This is my own healthier version of the Zuppa Tuscana that they serve at the Olive Garden. It is not the same, but just as tasty. I used reduced fat sausage, lower sodium turkey bacon and 1% milk instead of the alternatives (regular sausage, regular bacon and heavy cream). And I LOVE the Kale so I added and extra cup to my recipe than you might like, so adjust that as necessary.
The ingredients to these pancakes may seem strange together but everyone including my extremely picky teenage daughter loves this recipe. One to keep on hand... enjoy!
This is my favorite Taco Salad, you can add corn chips on top if you want to but I prefer not to because of my diet requirements. Very tasty!
I modified a recipe I found from one of the other users to include fresh mushrooms and changed up the cooking method a bit, but this recipe is delicious!!!
