Yummy and easy. Could be made healthier if using raw or fresh veggies, but still not bad for quick and easy.
My first attempt at stew. I used a quart of canned dear meat that we had canned.
Replaced oil with applesauce and added crushed brownies to Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix. Healthier and still very yummy.
Chili using turkey meat. May add additional vegetables or jalapenos if desiring more heat.
Can also be cooked in crock pot by cooking turkey and onions prior to placing in crock pot.
Yummy muffins that can be made in place of brownies as well. You may also substitute the canned pumpkin with applesauce. For a different flavor, you may use spice cake mix rather than devil's food and substitute different flavors of "chocolate" chips. Tastes great and easy to make.
From a weight watchers perspective, each muffin is 2 points.
I had never used Tofu before and decided to mix it in with my hamburger to make sloppy joes tonight.
Wonderful blend of strawberries and bananas and a touch of chocolate.
Cheesecake, but kind of not like a cheesecake at the same time. Tastes like an Orange Dreamsicle in a smooth, whipped texture.
This is meatloaf the way I was raised to make it, no substitutions. Just added a few more veggies and a little more spices.
Delicious fruity smoothie with the opportunity to change around flavors.
Very delicious Light taste, almost like a dessert. Salad is loaded with healthy Omega-3 fats that are good for your heart and protein that is essential for building strong muscles and providing energy.
