Coffee Concentrate for the fridge
This is an old Southern Living recipe for coffee concentrate that requires no electricity or heating, and once made, you keep it in the fridge. Dilute it 100% for regular or iced coffee by the glass. Lasts 2 weeks refrigerated.
10 Minute Chicken Curry
If you buy deli roasted chicken, as I do, this is a great way to use 1/2 of one of the breasts to make a quick meal. You can increase the amounts to make more servings.
