I get tired of cooking oatmeal every morning, so I created this bake to make breakfast for four days. The ingredients are easy to change for different flavors and seasons. This particular mix was what I had on hand this morning.
Everyone knows the health benefits of oatmeal. Well, this recipe kicks up those benefits and adds tons of extra flavor by using flavored teas to cook the oatmeal, instead of water! I know it sounds a little bizarre, but try it once. This recipe uses my new favorite flavor, Apple Cinnamon Tea. (Bonus: It smells wonderful!!)
