The carb count is probably high as the wine is reduced by half in the cooking process to compensate for my use I have indicated 8 servings, while I expect to get 4 from 4 short ribs.
Low digestible carb macaroni salad
I serve over Dreamfield's angel hair pasta which have 5 digestible carbs per serving (not included in the recipe)
Found this a couple of years ago, don't even remember if I've changed it, but it's so good it could become addictive. In place of turnips you can use celery root OR jicama, which is slightly less in net carbs and a bit sweeter.
Water and Orange Zest are not included in the above BUT are essential to the receipt.
Excellent with Low Carb Mushroom Gravy and sausage Stuffing

Several ingredients, long cooking time, excellent stuffing; sever with your favor gravy... good eats.
You can add beans for chili with beans, I use black soy beans in about half, and keep the rest plain; and top with sour cream or cheese, and scallions. I serve it over cauliflower rice and in omelets
My low carb BBQ sauce can be adjusted for sweetness (splenda) and tang vinegar, and thickness (cooking time with no lid to retain moisture)
Great on Salmon, Tuna or Swodfish
I serve this over my special cauliflower rice.
Taste Tuna Salad, with crush and zest.
