A fabulous tasting health quick start to your morning. Make it on the weekend and place in the frig for a quick morning breakfast during the week.
This is a great breakfast when you are tired of oatmeal. If you hate oatmeal, you will probably like this as it has a very nutty flavor to it. You can change the recipe up by using regular milk or even almond milk. I typically cook an entire batch of quinoa on Sunday and then put it in a container in the refrig to use through out the week. Then I just add all the ingredients in a bowl and warm it up so that it is hot in the morning. You can also eat this recipe cold too.
A little more than 100 calories but what's 25 more calories gonna do to ya?!
Still working on this one. I got this recipe from my nutritionist. She didn't have the nutritional info on them. I am trying to increase the protein and decrease the sugar. The below ingredients are as she gave them to me. So try at your own risk as I have yet to try them!
