My hubby asks for this for his birthday. The nutrition information does not include any frosting. We usually serve with Maple Walnut Ice Cream (also not included in the nutrition content).
A favorite in our house at Christmas time, and a good way to enjoy a bit of eggnog when you don't want to drink all those calories!
Even with the lite cream cheese, this dessert is delicious. It does take some time though, so not a recipe if you are in a hurry.
I like to make these right after work, to have fresh buns with homemade soup for dinner.
Although there is no cream in this soup, it has a nice rich flavor. I use the food processor to chop the carrots very fine, but they can also be cooked in the broth, and then blended in a blender.
I make this for special occasions, but it can take the place of pancake syrop. Primarily I use it as the sweet sauce on Christmas pudding.
This is a great way to use up fresh tomatoes in the fall. A hearty soup that fills you up with good healthy ingredients.
A nice way to enjoy pumpkin flavored dessert, *if* you left room after all that turkey!
Definitely a treat for after those long runs - too many calories to make a daily staple! Enjoy.
This salad is so easy to make for one person, or more if needed, and it's so delicious.
