Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Scones

Pre heat oven to 400
Mix the yogert, lemon juice and vanilla: set aside
In a bowl mix the clour, sugar, baking powder, soda
Cut in the margarine until the mix looks like sand
Add the yogert mixture very gently. Stir as little as possible, or it will be tough.
The dough is sticky. Gently place the dough on a floured surface and gently knead it. It will be sticky.
Mound the dough on a prepared (sprayed with veggie oil) baking sheet in a circle shape about 8-10 inches.
Sprinkle the chocolate chiops on the top and gently press them in. Sprinkle a little sugar on the top.
Bake in the 400 oven for 20 minutes.
