Modified from a favorite I used to make and love, but just had needed a healthy upgrade.
I paired with a salad made of mixed greens, craisins, feta, and walnuts which is not included in calorie count/ingredient list.
Great to take on a hike or to sports practice. When making these for my mom and dad I replace splenda's for the sugars, and egg beaters for the eggs and it makes a nice treat for those one special diets.
