This has got to be one of the best desserts I have ever made....it tastes so good you will believe you are cheating where as in fact, it contains only minimal fat and carbs. I have this as a bed time snack to take the edge of my sweet tooth but any time of day would be good too :-)
This is so yummy that its more like a pudding! I have one after a power workout but anytime is good as they are low carb but high protein so fill you up for hours!
