I substituted applesauce for the oil in the original recipe and that even left room to add chocolate chips. Yum!
This recipe is from the back of a fiber one cereal box. My boyfriend and I love buffalo wings but they're always fried and loaded with fat. These appeal because they're delicious, baked, and even have a bit of fiber. Sodium is on the high side, but you can tailor that with the buffalo sauce.
