Protein Smoothie

Basic:
1/2 to 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1/4 C. greek yogurt- plain

Whole wheat pumpkin muffins

Yummy pumpin muffins are great for a breakfast on the go or a snack with a warm cup of coffee. Eat them cold or warm them up with some butter for a special treat. Made with the goodness of whole grains, pumpkin, and a mufa (walnuts).

Cinnamon Waffles

By using whole wheat flour and regular flour, you get a nice mix of both. Add more/less cinnamon depending on taste. Great when served with warmed apples, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or just maple syrup and butter.

Black Bottom Cupcakes

Chocolate Cupcakes with a cheesecake-like filling.
You may also use a cake mix instead of cake from scratch, but make sure you adjust the amount of cake/cheesecake accordingly.
