Pizza - Whole Wheat Crust with veggies & chicken

I picked up most of the veggies and grilled chicken on the salad bar at our local Hy-Vee in order to save time. We have a local resturant that sells pizza dough so you can bake your own. Whole wheat is the best and it's very quick and easy - pick up, take home, spread out, add desired toppings and bake - YUMMY!

Vegetable Soup

This is my own made up recipe. I use potatoes, frozen mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, peas, and corn), diced tomatoes and beef broth (saved from a roast I had cooked before and froze).

Whole Wheat Pancakes

This receipe is adapted from Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook pancake recipe. I substituted Whole Wheat Flour for all-purpose and applesauce for oil.
