split remaining ingredients into 5 portions
place 3 shrimp on prepared wrapper
top with 1 lettuce leaf
add remainder of 1 portion of ingredients

1/2 roll equals 1 portion
I used Maple grove farms Sugar free Maple Syrup in place of the agave nectar. I also baked them a bit longer due to the extra water from the maple syrup

I replaced the 5 eggs with Egg Substitute to lower the fat
6 servings. Original version from Libby's at www.verybestbaking.com. This is a low fat, no-sugar-added version.
this was origianlly from Cooking.com I have tweaked it to shave off 6.9 grams of the original 7 grams of fat!
