this is a great juice recipe for weight lose .. it can be used instead of a meal ..
This can be added to a protien lunch or dinner or eaten on its own as a snack or lunch
Using my Nicer Dicer I diced the Onion,Carrot,Cucumber,Celery,a
nd tomatoes into small squares.
Lined the plate with the red lettuce and lay the diced ingredients in the centre of my plate .. I arranged the Olives around the plate added the Cooked Chicken and dribbled basil enfused olive oil over the veggies .
*Baked Potato, with skin, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)(remove)
Cabbage, fresh, 0.2 cup, chopped(remove)
Carrots, raw, 0.2 cup, grated(remove)
Parsley, 1 tbsp(remove)
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp(remove)
Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")(remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz(remove)
Garlic, 5 grams(remove)
Butter, salted, 1 grams(remove)
This is my hash that I make with left overs of corned beef Mixed cooked Veggies and Mashed potato's

This is a delicious Salad that you can add any dressing too or indeed eat as it is.
This medley of beans is tasty and healthy and easily put together for a side dish to a saled
eating raw foods well washed give you all the vitamin and mineral that your body needs .
it also keep your digestive track clean and fresh
This is my Micro Stirfry Vegetable medley with Beef
Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, small (4" dia) (remove)
BABY BEETS IN VINIGAR, 30 gram (remove)
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf, medium (remove)
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leaf (remove)
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 leaf outer (remove)
Cucumber (with peel), 0.1 cup slices (remove)
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.5 Italian tomato (remove)
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 slice (1 oz) (remove)
Pineapple, fresh, 1 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thic (remove)
I am making this up for Mothers day lunch.
It is served with a side salad of choice
The lasagna serves 7.
You will have to calculate you own choice of side salad
