Susie's Raw Salad and Cooked Chicken Lunch

Using my Nicer Dicer I diced the Onion,Carrot,Cucumber,Celery,and tomatoes into small squares.
Lined the plate with the red lettuce and lay the diced ingredients in the centre of my plate .. I arranged the Olives around the plate added the Cooked Chicken and dribbled basil enfused olive oil over the veggies .

Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf, medium (remove)
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 inner leaf (remove)
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 leaf outer (remove)
Cucumber (with peel), 0.1 cup slices (remove)
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.5 Italian tomato (remove)
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 slice (1 oz) (remove)
Pineapple, fresh, 1 slice, thin (3-1/2" dia x 1/2" thic (remove)
